| About the Karen Family... Mrs. Srivilai, of the Karen ethnic group, along with her children, has built her small weaving business from the ground up. Selling most goods locally, and often to churches, her products are growing in quality and their production has been taken under the Grandma Cares wing. Grandma Cares is now funding the schooling of one of her daughters, and helping her to sell her authentic, hand-made products. While cooking, cleaning and providing care for her family, Mrs. Srivilai has taken on the task of vocational training, teaching her children how to weave on the weekends. Please take a moment to look over Mrs. Srivilai's products, and help her attain a better quality of life and family sustainability. |
